A SpaceX rocket crashed into the Moon, but the videos being circulated are fake - video

Confirmation has reached Earth regarding the impact of a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket’s second stage on the lunar surface; the stage had inadvertently crashed into the Moon after spending over a year and a half in space. Predictions indicated the collision would occur in the early hours of Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at a speed of approximately 8,700 kilometers per hour, in a northern hemisphere area near two well-known craters, Einstein and Bell. Although official confirmation is still pending, early scientific data appear to align with the predicted scenario.

A planetary scientist from Boston University’s Center for Space Physics reported on the developing observations, telling the American broadcaster CBS News that the Very Large Telescope in Chile had detected—via spectroscopy—a plume of gas composed of sodium and lithium. The presence of these elements—consistent with expectations for an impact of this nature—serves as a clue that aligns with the likely outcome of the collision. A second observational finding further reinforces this hypothesis: a researcher reportedly noted a sodium emission observed from Massachusetts. Taken together, these findings point toward the anticipated event, though the situation remains in a verification phase rather than a definitive conclusion. Link video:

Seven stolen dogs escape slaughterhouse and return home to China

Seven dogs stolen from a village in northeastern China have captivated millions online after they escaped thieves who had mistaken them for a dog meat restaurant and returned home together, fueling calls for stricter animal welfare laws. On March 16, a user named Lu captured the seven animals on his phone as they walked along a busy thoroughfare in Changchun , Jilin Province. The video shows the group carefully surrounding an injured German Shepherd, while a Corgi in the lead repeatedly turns to ensure no one is left behind. The group also included a Golden Retriever, a Labrador, and a Pekingese. According to a testimony collected by Dahe Daily and subsequently reprinted by numerous online publications, the dogs come from the same village, where they typically roam freely in packs and have formed strong bonds with one another. Despite Lu's attempts to lead them to safety, the animals did not respond to his calls; the video was then uploaded to Douyin to prompt the intervention of ...
